With more than 35 years of executive leadership, Bert brings a deep well of experience in finance, operations, and business transformation. As founder of Security Premium Finance and now CEO of National Partners, he’s been instrumental in shaping the premium finance space through innovation, strategic partnerships, and a consistent focus on agent and client success.

Jennifer Johnson serves as Senior Vice President of Operations at National Partners, where she oversees internal operations to ensure a best-in-class experience for both Agents and Insureds. A graduate of the University of Illinois, Jennifer brings over 11 years of experience in the premium finance industry and a proven track record of operational leadership.

Raised in Fort Worth and living in Houston, Jeremy brings a deep understanding of the Texas market and a strong commitment to client relationships across the state. With years of experience in the premium finance industry, he is dedicated to helping agencies optimize their financing strategies to support growth and long-term success. 

With over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Andy brings deep expertise, strategic insight, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. As a former agency owner, of over 20 years, Andy understands firsthand the challenges agents face in growing and managing their business.

With over a decade of experience in the finance industry, Robin Peacock has developed a diverse background spanning compliance, quality assurance, retail banking, and a specialization in premium finance.  She joined National Partners in 2021 and currently leads the Quoting team. 

With more than 30 years of experience in premium finance, Jan brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for helping agents grow their business. Based in Dallas, she partners closely with agencies across her region to deliver creative financing solutions and personalized service. 

Susana Vargas is based in Miami, Florida, serving as an Operations Supervisor. She holds a bachelor’s in International Business and a Master’s in Project Management. Having grown through roles from CSR to Quote Account Executive and now team leader, she brings both deep process expertise and a people-first approach to supporting agents and ensuring smooth operations.

Raised in the San Francisco Bay Area and now calling Orange County, CA home, Kristin Suarez brings nearly a decade of experience in the insurance industry. With a strong focus on building lasting relationships with brokers and industry professionals, Kristin is dedicated to helping agencies streamline operations and maximize revenue.

With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Yoli brings a deep understanding of the business and a strong network of professional relationships. For the past 15+ years, she has specialized in premium finance, helping agents and agencies grow through strategic financial solutions tailored to their needs. 

With over 27 years of experience in the insurance and premium finance industry, Ron brings deep knowledge and long-standing relationships to the agents he serves—particularly throughout Northern California. He also has strong ties to the Hispanic insurance market and is known for his hands-on, relationship-driven approach. 

Angela Casas serves as Training and Development Manager at National Partners, where she assists the internal team and our agents with ongoing training and development using our newest PBS Platform.

Jason brings over 15 years of lending experience and six years in premium finance to his role as Operations Team Lead at National Partners. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, he is known for his analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to helping both agents and insureds navigate complex financing scenarios with confidence and accuracy.
