Phaedra brings over 25 years of industry experience to the table, with various roles in all aspects of operations and risk management specifically. Currently, Phaedra oversees our niche lending program for other premium finance companies with whom we partner. Not only do we offer them asset-based lending, but Phaedra’s deep knowledge allows her to consult on best practices for servicing, regulatory compliance, and overall portfolio quality. When she’s not working, Phaedra enjoys going to the ballet and museums, walking in the park listening to audiobooks, and watching the latest documentaries available on all the streaming services.
