Bert Irigoyen
With more than 35 years of executive leadership, Bert brings a deep well of experience in finance, operations, and business transformation.
As founder of Security Premium Finance and now CEO of National Partners, he’s been instrumental in shaping the premium finance space through innovation, strategic partnerships, and a consistent focus on agent and client success.
Outside the office, Bert enjoys traveling with his family, spending time with his three grown children and many nieces, nephews, and all their kiddos, cycling, and discovering new wines.

Axel Kloch
With more than 30 years in premium finance, Axel brings extensive experience across operations, technology, risk and executive leadership. He spent two decades helping grow Flatiron Capital into a leading national provider and played an instrumental role in building the foundation of National Partners.
As COO, Axel leads operational strategy and execution, aligning people, processes and technology to strengthen service and support growth. He previously held the COO role at both Flatiron and National Partners.
Outside the office, Axel enjoys Colorado’s outdoors—especially cycling—and recently completed the legendary Triple Bypass ride.

Heather Park
Heather brings nearly two decades of premium finance experience to her role as Senior Vice President, Sales Leader at National Partners. She is responsible for leading national sales strategy and expanding market presence through innovative premium finance solutions.
Before joining National Partners, Heather held senior sales leadership roles in the premium finance industry, where she developed sales relationships and strengthened client partnerships across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Utah.
A Washington state native, Heather earned her Bachelor of Arts from the University of Washington with a minor in Environmental Law. She also holds Washington state Property & Casualty, Life, and Health insurance licenses.

Elsa C. Soler, CPA
Elsa brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience across the banking and premium finance industries. As Controller at National Partners, she oversees the company’s finance and accounting functions with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and strong internal controls.
Previously, Elsa served as SVP and Controller at several South Florida financial institutions, where she led bank mergers, system conversions, regulatory reporting and financial performance initiatives.
She holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Certificate of Accounting from the University of Miami, along with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Florida International University.

With over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, Yoli brings a deep understanding of the business and a strong network of professional relationships. For the past 15+ years, she has specialized in premium finance, helping agents and agencies grow through strategic financial solutions tailored to their needs.
Yoli is actively involved in the industry and her community. She has served as Co-Charity Chair for the Latin American Association of Insurance Agencies (LAAIA) and volunteers with the Independent Insurance Agents of Broward County (IIABC).
Outside of work, she enjoys giving back, spending time in her garden, and cherishing quality time with her family.

With over three decades of experience in the insurance industry, Andy brings deep expertise, strategic insight, and a genuine passion for helping others succeed. As a former agency owner, of over 20 years, Andy understands firsthand the challenges agents face in growing and managing their business.
Today, Andy works at the intersection of insurance and premium finance – offering practical solutions that help agents close more deals, create additional agency revenue and strengthen client relationships. Whether consulting on premium finance strategies, connecting with agents and MGA partnerships, Andy is committed to making the complex feel simple—and adding real value every step of the way.
When he’s not helping agencies grow, Andy enjoys spending time with family and friends, Harley Davidson road trips and Kansas City Sports and BBQ.

Ron Toledo
With over 27 years of experience in the insurance and premium finance industry, Ron brings deep knowledge and long-standing relationships to the agents he serves—particularly throughout Northern California. He also has strong ties to the Hispanic insurance market and is known for his hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
Family time is important to Ron, and he loves spending time with his two kiddos. He’s also a woodworking and carpentry hobbyist who enjoys building things in his free time.

Denisse Velazquez brings more than 13 years of premium finance experience to her role as Agency Services Manager. She supports agents through onboarding, training, compensation processing and ongoing operations while helping agencies navigate system transitions and compliance requirements.
Known for her responsiveness, attention to detail and personalized service, Denisse builds strong relationships and resolves issues efficiently. She holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting and enjoys traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Since 2018, she’s worked closely with agents in premium finance—preparing quotes, offering tailored solutions, and supporting smooth policy renewals.
In her role at National Partners, Ivette is known for her responsiveness, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering exceptional service. She takes pride in building lasting relationships with both agents and insureds.

At National Partners, he oversees quoting for Midwest agencies and supports key relationships with third-party referral partners—delivering fast, reliable service that helps agents secure the right financing solutions.
Outside of work, Christian is an avid outdoor enthusiast with a lifelong love for motorsports. He’s been riding dirt bikes, ATVs, and UTVs for over 20 years.

With a strong background in underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio management, Jason plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence, risk management, and compliance across the business.
