Jason brings over 15 years of lending experience and six years in premium finance to his role as Operations Team Lead at National Partners. A graduate of Oklahoma State University, he is known for his analytical mindset, attention to detail, and commitment to helping both agents and insureds navigate complex financing scenarios with confidence and accuracy. 

With a strong background in underwriting, credit analysis, and portfolio management, Jason plays a key role in ensuring operational excellence, risk management, and compliance across the business. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and coaching youth basketball—sharing his love of teamwork and strategy on and off the court.
