Elsa C. Soler, CPA

Elsa Soler is an accomplished Certified Public Accountant with over 30 years of experience in financial leadership roles across the banking and premium finance industries. As Controller at National Partners, a premier premium finance company, Elsa oversees the company’s finance and accounting functions. She brings a proven track record of strategic insight and operational excellence. 

Prior to joining National Partners, Elsa held senior positions as SVP & Controller at several South Florida financial institutions, including Professional Bank, Marquis Bank, Gibraltar Private Bank & Trust, and BankUnited Financial Corporation. Throughout her career, she has led major initiatives and has played a key role in bank mergers, system conversions, regulatory reporting, SEC reporting, and implementation of internal controls. She has also led the design and development of performance analytics and financial reporting that have supported organizational growth and efficiency. 

Elsa holds a Master of Professional Accounting and a Certificate of Accounting from the University of Miami, and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and International Business from Florida International University.  

Bilingual in English and Spanish, Elsa is known for her analytical rigor, team leadership, and ability to drive continuous improvement in complex financial environments.
