Heather Park joins as SVP Sales Leader alongside Quote Account Executives Nicole Krueger and Mark Fay
National Partners is excited to welcome Heather Park, Nicole Krueger, and Mark Fay to its growing team. Heather and Nicole joined the company on April 13, 2026, followed by Mark on May 11, 2026. Together, they expand the experienced, relationship-focused support available to agents across the West and Mountain West.
Experienced Sales Leadership
Heather joins National Partners as Senior Vice President, Sales Leader. She brings nearly 20 years of premium finance experience and will help lead sales strategy and market expansion while continuing to support the agent relationships she has built throughout her career.
Before joining National Partners, Heather spent nearly seven years with FIRST Insurance Funding, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President of Relationship Manager Sales. Her regional experience includes client partnerships across Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana, and Utah.
